It’s hard to find an easier and more widely loved appetiser than pigs in a blanket.  They’re an absolute must for children’s birthday parties, game days or just an easy snack to keep in the freezer for when the mood strikes. The best news?  They’re made even better when cooked in the air fryer.  The outer puff pastry gets crispy and golden and they cook in almost half the time.  I don’t know about you but when it comes to delicious snacks I’d rather have them on my plate as soon as possible. I like to wrap the “blankets” around the mini hotdogs (or cheerios as we call them in Australia) in a diamond shape because I think it looks nicer.  But if you want to wrap the pastry more traditionally around the hotdog you can.  I don’t make the pastry wrapping rules!
