INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 200C / 400F and line baking trays with baking paper or foil. Cut the puff pastry sheet into squares or rectangles and carefully transfer onto the baking trays, leaving a small gap between each piece. Now assemble toppings - first spread tomato paste or pizza sauce on each puff pastry piece, leaving a small gap around the edge for the crust. Next, layer your favourite toppings on top.
Place the trays in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is crisp and flaky and the cheese is melted. Slice and serve.

TOP TIPS

The pastry can go wild while cooking - puffing up here and there. This is fine - no cause for concern! These pizzas can be reheated. I recommend only reheating in the oven or the air fryer. The microwave makes the pastry soggy.
